The Forest Farm Lumber can be cut from 66" width to 40' in length. We produce beams and sills for barns from locust and white oak. We cut cherry, red oak, maple and elm for furniture. We manage our forest and provide this service for others locally. The forest is cultivated by cutting vines and growing new trees, and we rely on the additional aid of goats and pigs who naturally prune and fertilize the grounds. Dead wood and scrap from the saw mill is used for firewood.
